Mission
Our relationship began as they looked to grow their operations and add to their wedding planning team but found that their paper-based management system limited their service delivery.
Our partnership with Unique Norfolk Venues began as an arrangement to develop a bespoke wedding and event management system. Still, it grew into a serious partnership involving collaboration on our direct-to-market software tool and providing support for all things technical.
UNV had tried various ‘off-the-shelf’ software packages to improve their processes but found that these systems did not complement their administration routines.
Understandably, they did not have a system to force significant compromises to their operations and pose a risk to their success.
Together, we aimed to create an event management system that allows planners, third-party suppliers and the soon-to-be newly-weds to log in and manage every aspect of the events.
Launch Control
Throughout the development cycle, we kept UNV informed by delivering prototypes, testing reports, and scheduled meetings. We worked alongside the team to understand the ongoing changes in their operations and ensured that we could react to this and build the CRM to be ready to scale with their operation.
Success Indicators
Costs are calculated as detailed are entered. Day plans and task lists are automatically generated and assigned. Reports are produced for crockery and catering suppliers as guests select their menu choices – and so much more!
By eliminating operational drag and expensive administrative processes, Unique Norfolk Venues can now focus on providing wedding couples with the best service and enhancing their portfolio. We continue to work alongside UNV to assist with all things tech and will continue for years.
